• Is there a fee for being a designer?

No, This is an opportunity for you to promote yourself with a creative design.  That being said, your time and design pieces are fully your responsibility.
 

• Will the people dining be using my place settings?

The dinner is buffet style, catered, and will provide plates and silverware for guests' use. The diners will be putting plates on top of your plates.

 

• How big are the tables that our designs will be on?

They are a 6 foot round table that will have 6 chairs.  (8 upon request)

 

• Is TableScapes open to the public?

Yes.  TableScapes is an art exhibition of your table designs.  People will have multiple options for viewing the tables.

• Do I have to buy my table for the dinner?

This option is available but not required.  Seating will be arranged by sales of tickets.  Special requests can be made to purchase a whole table and pick a specific table if not yet taken.

 

• What are the dimensions/details/requests of Indiana Theatre's space?

        -Ceiling height is 10'

        -No glitter please!

        -Hanging items or décor from the ceiling is not allowed

        -Per the Fire Marshal's restrictions and guidelines, candles MUST be completely contained inside a cylinder, or have a battery-operated feature.
